Workshops at The Bee Barn for the Cavan & Monaghan Science Festival 2024

Join us at The Bee Barn from November 11-14th for a series of exciting workshops as part of the Cavan & Monaghan Science Festival! We’ll be hosting school workshops, adult sessions on “Regeneration” and biodiversity, and a special opportunity to learn how to make all-natural cosmetics using beeswax from our hives. Spaces are limited, so stay tuned for booking details coming soon!

The “BeeLoved” Experience

Learn about Bees, Making Honey and Beekeeping Workshops for Schools and Families

National Schools Educational Workshops

We cater for groups of up to 20 students plus teachers. This course is ideal for teaching children about the life cycle and critical importance of bees. Students will be amazed with the opportunity allowing them to safely, get up close and personal with our live working colony in the observational hive.
